Anticipated turnaround time is:

Apparel and other Equipment: 5-6 weeks after purchase
Sticks: 2 weeks after the store close date. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up from the front desk/rink manager

Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after they are produced.
At the request of the store organizers, this store will always remain open, which means, inventory levels are alway changing. In the event your exact item is out of stock, the closest possible substitute will be issued.
Mockups are shown on generic sizing, and may not look exactly like the end product based on size ordered. Example: a logo on a larger adult product will look different than a logo on a small youth product. Generally, a youth logo will be around 6", and an adult logo will be around 9". This is subject to change, and is only mentioned to get a general idea.
